We'd like to connect with a skilled professional who can help us create a clear mission statement, vision statement, a set of core values, and a prioritized list of organizational goals. The volunteer will collaborate with staff to draft and iterate language and deliver a concise final document.

A clear mission, vision, values and goals will help the Ministry of Love focus its seven pillars, guide program decisions, strengthen fundraising and volunteer engagement, and improve services for the hungry, homeless, sick, differently-abled, children, and widowed parents the ministry serves.

We will work collaboratively with the volunteer, share existing materials, and schedule brief review sessions with leadership or staff to refine drafts and finalize the statements for implementation.
