A focused review of RCS's Google Workspace configuration against the HIPAA Security Rule, a written Security Risk Analysis suitable for regulatory review, and two to three written safeguard policies (for example: Workforce Access, Device Use, or PHI Transmission). Details will be provided.

Strengthening Google Workspace security will protect client PHI, increase partner and client trust, and enable RCS to continue providing housing and restorative services safely. Volunteers will directly support community-based alternatives to incarceration by reducing privacy risk and helping RCS meet regulatory expectations.

We have a signed BAA with Google and handle PHI in Gmail, Drive, and Meet. Details will be provided during scoping so volunteers can access documentation and context. Our team intends to adopt, implement, and present the finished risk analysis and policy set to our managed care partner as needed.
