3D Village Concept Renderings for Transformational Housing Community

Elev8 Villages supports young adults aging out of foster care by creating relationship-centered housing communities. While we have a strong vision, we need a creative professional to translate our concepts into compelling visuals that communicate the beauty and purpose of these spaces.

The volunteer will collaborate with our founder to produce:
• A conceptual bird's-eye site perspective of the full village layout.
• 2-3 detailed "hero" renderings of key spaces (such as a tiny home pod, the central community building, or the community commons).
• High-resolution images suitable for our website and fundraising presentations.

We are not looking for construction-ready blueprints, but rather visionary concept art that captures the 'feel' of belonging and dignity. We will provide existing sketches, reference styles, and a clear vision overview to get you started. This is a perfect project for a 3D artist or designer who wants to use their environmental design skills to help a vulnerable population find a place to call home."

For many people, it is difficult to imagine a completely different future simply by reading words. Your work will help thousands of people see what belonging can look like.

These renderings will become some of the most important storytelling tools for Elev8 Villages, helping potential donors, volunteers, partners, community leaders, and future residents visualize a place where young adults aging out of foster care can experience safety, dignity, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to build a thriving future.

Your creativity will help people believe that a new way of caring for vulnerable young adults is possible.

This project will be a collaborative creative process. The volunteer will work directly with Melissa Kaye, Founder and Visionary of Elev8 Villages, who has spent years developing the village concept, culture, and community model.

To help the volunteer get up to speed quickly, we will provide:
* A vision overview of Elev8 Villages and the purpose behind the communities
* Existing concept sketches, notes, and reference materials
* Examples of architectural styles, landscapes, and community spaces that inspire us
* Ongoing collaboration and timely feedback throughout the project
* The freedom to contribute creative ideas while working within the established vision

Our goal is not to produce construction-ready architectural plans. Rather, we want to create compelling visual concepts that help others imagine what an Elev8 Village will feel like.
