A volunteer-led review of the organization's prepared financial spreadsheets and supporting documents, producing a concise review memo summarizing findings, recommended adjustments, and any missing documentation needed to support grant applications. Specific scope will be defined with volunteers.

This review will help Gallery Particulier meet grant audit requirements so the gallery can secure funding to stage exhibitions and community programs that place local artists' work into homes and non-traditional spaces. Volunteers will directly enable greater artist exposure and public access to contemporary art.

We will provide completed spreadsheets and supporting documents ready for review; further details will be provided during volunteer interviews. The volunteer's review will be used to finalize the documentation needed for grant applications.
