Crown Up Circle Pilot Program Design and Development

La Voix des Femmes (The Voice of Women) is preparing to launch Crown Up Circle, a pilot program designed to empower women through personal growth, leadership development, healing-centered support, and community connection. The program aims to create a safe and supportive space where women can strengthen their confidence, build meaningful relationships, develop leadership skills, and access resources that support their personal and professional goals.

To ensure the pilot is thoughtfully designed and positioned for long-term success, we are seeking support from a program design professional who can help transform the vision for Crown Up Circle into a structured, measurable, and impactful program.

At La Voix des Femmes, our mission is to empower women and girls by creating opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, economic advancement, and community engagement. Crown Up Circle is an exciting new initiative designed to bring that mission to life through a supportive sisterhood where women can heal, grow, connect, and thrive.

To successfully launch this pilot program, we need the support of skilled volunteers who can help us design a strong foundation for long-term impact. By helping us create a thoughtful program model, implementation plan, and evaluation framework, volunteers will play a direct role in shaping a program that has the potential to transform lives.

We understand that designing a new program is an iterative process and will commit to continuous learning, flexibility, and to providing direct, honest feedback. We view this program design process as a priority and will make all staff available along with information about our current programs and their beneficiaries.

We have prepared a cache of resources detailing our current programs and have already identified the need the new program will address, along with the target beneficiaries the program will reach.
