Implement volunteer management within our existing Salesforce org: design and configure volunteer profiles, roles, assignments, and activity tracking; build onboarding and engagement workflows; create volunteer reports and dashboards; support testing/UAT; integrate per provided requirements; deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to the CTO and team.

NOTE: ** Please note that candidates actively seeking CPT/Internships or OPT are ineligible for this particular volunteer position.

Improving volunteer management will make coordination, onboarding, and engagement more reliable and scalable, helping the platform better connect patients with advocacy, providers, and resources. Volunteers will directly strengthen our capacity to deliver inclusive, empathetic, and accessible support aligned with our mission.

We will collaborate with the CTO and team to provide integration requirements and stakeholder input. Volunteers will refine workflows during interviews. The team will support testing and review, and will receive documentation and knowledge transfer to adopt and maintain the implemented processes.
