A fully loaded, ready-to-execute Instagram content system: a 90-day daily content calendar; a library of caption templates organized by content type (game day, fundraising, sponsor recognition, community, recruitment); a brand voice and hashtag guide; engagement guidelines; and a bank of pre-built, publish-ready posts. Details will be provided.

This system will let Elmjack Little League maintain a consistent daily presence to reach families, attract sponsors, drive donations, and keep the Queens community connected year-round. Making posting sustainable for volunteers supports recruitment, sponsor recognition, and opportunities for 550+ players to build teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.

We have an Instagram, print and digital assets. We'll collaborate with the volunteer, provide materials and approvals, and implement the calendar so we can publish with minimal effort.
