A practical fundraising playbook including an audit summary of current activities, documented repeatable workflows for individual and recurring giving, a stewardship calendar, and recommended campaign strategy with clear next steps. Specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.
This project will help Elmjack Little League secure steadier, repeatable funding so programs remain safe, inclusive, and supervised. Volunteers will enable the board to sustain and expand youth baseball opportunities that build character, teamwork, and leadership in the Queens community.
The volunteer will create the playbook; details and existing materials will be shared. The scope is sized for 2–5 hours/week over a limited engagement and designed so the board can execute the recommendations independently.
