A Monday.com expert will build or reorganize boards and dashboards for clearer information flow and design automations to manage communications and follow-up for one communications-heavy project. Specific workflows, triggers, and message templates will be defined with the volunteer.

Automating communications will free staff time so we can focus on programs that promote cultural imagery in learning spaces, provide economic support to minority physician-aspirants, and increase culturally-appropriate literature access. Volunteers will directly help amplify our mission by reducing administrative burden.

Details will be provided and our team will work with the volunteer to map current processes, prioritize automations, and test dashboards. We will collaborate regularly to refine triggers and ensure the solution is maintainable and fits our communications needs.
