-Identify target audience segments for the performance and workshops.
- Create a strategic outreach plan with specific tactics for social media, community partnerships, and local Miami media.
- Develop core messaging that translates the themes of "Wet Ink" (identity, resilience, and belonging) into compelling promotional marketing language).

By the end of this project, we hope to have a clear roadmap for our 2026 promotional cycle. This support will allow us to focus on the creative production while ensuring the financial sustainability of the show and our mission to elevate underrepresented Black, queer, and trans artists.

Wet Ink is already cast and has been performed. Wet Ink is supported by the CAP@SRT Residency at Fantasy Theatre Factory, providing no-cost space, technical assistance, and professional development for South Florida artists — made possible by The Jorge M. Pérez Family Foundation at The Miami Foundation. And RTWDANCE community partners Miami Dancehub, MiamiArtzine, Ricky Danco School of Dance.

We have also submitted a LOI to Our Fund Foudation in helping to support the program. We will be notified by June 29, 2026 if we are accepted to move forward in the grant process. And funding and grants awardees will be notified September 2026.

We are also looking at RTWDANCE Community in Motion dance workshops that aline with October Dates of Wet Ink.

Organization Mission

Through visceral contemporary dance performances. RTWDANCE builds spaces where people are not asked to shrink themselves to belong. We believe art can dismantle dualisms in American language that continue to divide us into ‘us vs. them’.
