In-Person Videographer Needed to Capture Complete Lab and Lecture Sessions (Boone, North Carolina)

We would like to partner with a skilled volunteer to film a day of our seminar, focusing on capturing a complete lab session and a full lecture session. The volunteer will assist with setting up a two-camera filming setup, ensuring high-quality audio and video recording. We expect the volunteer to be available for the full day's session and then dedicate whatever time they need to edit and deliver the final videos files in common formats for our marketing and educational use. One particular need would be to use either shotgun mic or wired lavalieres, rather than wireless sound packs. The location is at the Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, North Carolina. They would film either September 7, 8, 9, or 10, 2026. If they were interested in filming additional material over multiple days, we would be happy to pay for their room & board on-site.

This project will significantly support our organization's mission by enhancing our marketing efforts for educational and certification programs. By capturing the richness of our hands-on, in-person educational experiences, we can effectively showcase our offerings to prospective students. The final video files will also serve as valuable resources for our graduated consultants, providing refresher materials and Continuing Education credits. Ultimately, this project will help us reach more community members, empowering them with valuable skills and knowledge to thrive in their careers.

To set this project up for success, we have secured internal buy-in from our Executive Director, who will be on-site to support the volunteer. We have gathered all necessary materials, including a detailed seminar schedule and logistical information. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth filming process and will provide ongoing communication and feedback throughout the project. The captured content will be utilized for our marketing efforts and online educational resources, ensuring that the outcomes have a lasting impact on our organization and the communities we serve.
