Review and validate our preliminary capital campaign budget, covering capital expenditures, real estate estimates, facility and utility build-out costs, and fundraising expenses. Produce an updated budget spreadsheet with documented assumptions, flagged variances, and recommendations. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

An accurate capital budget will enable Change for Chimps to confidently pursue larger fundraising asks needed to build and maintain animal habitats and supporting facilities, directly supporting lifelong sanctuary care, community education, job creation, and sustainable operations.

We will provide the preliminary budget and supporting documents for the volunteer to review. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to verify assumptions, source or cross-check cost estimates, and produce a revised budget. Specifics and access to materials will be provided during the intake conversation.
