We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us fully activate, configure, and prepare our Google Ad Grant account for launch. The volunteer will review our current account setup, configure account settings, develop a campaign structure, create 3–5 targeted search campaigns with relevant ad groups, keywords, and ad copy, and recommend conversion tracking and performance metrics. Deliverables will include a launch-ready Google Ad Grant account, campaign documentation, and recommendations for ongoing optimization to help drive user acquisition and app downloads for our micro-donation platform, Tributive.

You won’t just be helping one organization; you will be building the engine that drives thousands of new donors to our platform, directly unlocking sustainable funding for food banks, animal shelters, medical research, and environmental groups.Your time and talent will directly convert our $10,000 monthly Google Ad Grant into real-world funding. You will be the architect behind our user acquisition strategy, helping us find the exact people searching for a modern way to give back. Tributive Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. We have developed Tributive—an innovative automated round-up giving application that helps everyday donors seamlessly support causes they care about using their spare change.We have already submitted our Google for Nonprofits data and our activation request is currently received and in queue. We want to recruit an expert now so we are ready to launch the moment the account drops.Volunteer Responsibilities:Help finalize the Google Ad Grant account creation once Google approves our pending request.Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent terms (e.g., "spare change donation apps," "micro-giving platforms," "automated charity").Set up our initial ad groups and draft high-CTR responsive search ad copy.Ensure baseline conversion tracking is configured so we remain compliant with Google’s mandatory 5% Click-Through Rate (CTR) threshold.

Volunteers will have:
Full access to our Google for Nonprofits administrative dashboard. Active, fully secure live website (tributive.com). Clear brand messaging and asset guidelines regarding our app's value proposition. Dedicated founder support to quickly review and approve ad copy and keyword lists.

We are specifically looking for volunteers:
Certified in Google Search Ads.
Experience with mobile app user acquisition, growth marketing, or fintech is a major plus.
Understanding of Google Ad Grant compliance policies (or a willingness to follow standard grant rules).
