About the Opportunity

We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us create an official marketing communications guide and a reusable messaging toolkit for staff. Deliverables will include a concise communications guide, adaptable templates for common communications, sample messaging for key audiences, tone of voice guidance, and a simple approval workflow. The volunteer will work with our team to tailor these resources to our organization's communication needs and ensure they can be easily used and maintained going forward.

A clear communications guide will help the organization present culturally compassionate messaging consistently, strengthen outreach to learners, partners, and supporters, and support enrollment and fundraising efforts that further our mission of social and economic empowerment through English education.

We are recruiting a new marketing associate who will use this guide for onboarding; details will be provided. The volunteer will work with staff to review drafts, incorporate feedback, and deliver final files and documentation so the team can adopt the guide easily.
