A practical optimization plan and prioritized recommendations to improve Google Ads performance for online donations. The volunteer will work with our team to identify quick wins and measurable changes; specific campaign details will be provided during interviews.

Improving our Google Ads will increase online donations that directly fund Positive Rap competitions, concerts, and off-the-street youth activities. Volunteer support will help us reach more youth with positive alternatives to gang and drug involvement.

We will collaborate with the volunteer to share account performance data, define donation goals and KPIs, and schedule regular check-ins so recommendations can be implemented and tracked.
