Review and optimize the existing Salesforce NPSP donor data model and configuration. Implement donor management workflows and automation. Configure donation tracking, campaigns, acknowledgments, dashboards and reports. Support system integration (integration requirements will be provided), testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the CTO and team.

Improving donor management, automation, and reporting will strengthen fundraising capacity, enabling the organization to better support its platform that connects patients with complex diseases to high-quality care and resources. Volunteers will directly help scale operations that increase access, advocacy, and long-term sustainability.

Details such as integration requirements, environment access, and timelines will be provided and finalized with volunteers during kickoff. Volunteers will collaborate with the CTO and team to conduct testing and user acceptance. Final deliverables will include configuration changes, reports/dashboards, documentation, and a knowledge-transfer session for ongoing maintenance.
