Build the front-end for User Registration Phase 2 using React (and React Native where applicable) and CSS modules to enhance the site's existing registration flow. Implementation will follow the provided wireframe and brand styles; technical integration details will be provided.

Enhancing registration will reduce barriers for patients, donors, and partners to join and engage, strengthening connections to high-quality providers and resources. Volunteers will directly enable a more inclusive, accessible onboarding experience that advances our empathetic, tech-enabled health mission.

We will provide the current website platform details, the wireframe for this page, budget constraints, branding collaterals, and stakeholder/target audience information. Volunteers will be briefed to confirm scope, integration points, and a testing approach. Details will be provided.
