Build a simple, user-friendly attendance dashboard in Google Looker Studio or Microsoft Power BI that visualizes class and student attendance. Create a short, easy-to-follow tutorial for teachers on how to enter attendance and keep the dashboard updated. Details will be provided.

A clear attendance dashboard and teacher tutorial will help the New Neighbor Project monitor class participation, identify students needing outreach, and improve delivery of ESL, citizenship, and HISET programs—supporting immigrant neighbors on their pathway to citizenship.

We will provide a staff point of contact and sample attendance data or access to the data source, participate in quick review sessions, and pilot the tutorial with teachers. Volunteers and staff will choose the tool and iterate on designs together. Additional details will be provided.
