Impact Report Review, Narrative Refinement & Visual Redesign
We already have a draft report and an initial design in place. We are looking for a volunteer with strong graphic design and editorial layout experience who can help us transform the report into a polished, visually compelling, and easy-to-read final product.
Specifically, we are seeking support to:
• Review the existing report and identify opportunities to improve clarity and flow
• Strengthen visual hierarchy and information design
• Improve the presentation of impact metrics, stories, and key accomplishments
• Modernize the overall look and feel of the report
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and layout
• Deliver a final report suitable for publication on our website and sharing with donors, partners, and supporters
The report is largely drafted, and we anticipate the project will focus primarily on design refinement, layout improvements, and visual storytelling rather than content creation from scratch.
We hope to complete the project within the next four weeks to align with the launch of our updated website.
This impact report represents more than a summary of activities. It tells the story of how community-led solutions can create meaningful change, even in environments shaped by funding uncertainty and shifting policy landscapes.
By helping us communicate our impact more clearly and effectively, the volunteer will support our ability to build new partnerships, engage supporters, attract future funding, and expand opportunities for the communities we serve.
The final report will help us share the lessons, outcomes, and stories emerging from our work while demonstrating the value of migrant-led approaches to integration and systems change.
The volunteer will receive:
• A draft version of the report
• Brand guidelines and visual assets
• Organizational impact data and approved content
• Timely feedback from project leads
• A dedicated point of contact throughout the engagement
Our leadership team is fully committed to implementing the final product. The completed report will be published on our website, shared with partners and supporters, and used to strengthen future fundraising and partnership efforts.
