We'd like to work with a volunteer to create an organic marketing strategy to increase teacher traffic without paid advertising. Deliverables include a prioritized set of low-cost outreach tactics, basic SEO and content recommendations, social and partnership outreach ideas, and a short implementation checklist.

Improving organic exposure will help more educators discover our site’s professional development resources, fostering connections, shared practices, and mentorship. Volunteers will directly support equitable access to tools that help teachers grow and students thrive.

We will brief the volunteer on our no-ad budget constraint and share site access, audience goals, and any existing materials at kickoff. Our team is committed to meeting weekly and implementing agreed recommendations.
