Troubleshoot ACUITY to identify why clients aren't receiving follow-up reschedule emails, review and optimize notification and automation settings, recommend workflow improvements for efficiency, and provide step-by-step configuration guidance and brief documentation.

Reliable follow-up and rescheduling will improve client continuity and attendance, helping more community members receive demonstration and instruction on lifestyle changes that prevent, treat, and reverse chronic conditions. Volunteer support will directly increase the reach and effectiveness of our education programs.

We will share access or screenshots and examples of missed emails, and assign a primary contact to collaborate with the volunteer. Our team will be available to test changes and work with the volunteer to validate fixes and implement recommendations.
