A volunteer will evaluate the Video Meeting with Cloud Recording account options (renew the discounted Zoom, apply for Zoom for Nonprofits, migrate to Google Meet or third-party recording, or other option you recommend), recommend the best cost-and-feature approach, implement the chosen account setup or migration, and download existing videos to an agreed storage location.

Securing and organizing meeting recordings preserves the content used in Heart-to-Heart's programs and activities, ensuring participants and facilitators can learn about Heart-to-Heart and access MEDC skill lessons for mindfulness, empathy, decision making, and conflict transformation. This work sustains organization and program continuity and supports healing and leadership growth.

We have two existing Zoom accounts and have flagged the video download as time-sensitive. We will provide account details, the list of recordings, and the preferred storage location so the volunteer can begin promptly.

Heart-to-Heart helps those marginalized by society and in the most need to heal, thrive, and become the leaders they are called to be. We do this by forming learning communities in and out of correctional facilities through which people develop skills essential for personal and societal healing. The skills are the MEDC (pronounced medic) skills of Mindfulness, Empathy, Decision making, and Conflict transformation.
