We are seeking a volunteer with HR Management and Recruitment expertise to craft a ready-to-publish job announcement for a consultant or volunteer Data Analyst.

The analyst will extract 2025–2026 foundation data into a two-sheet Excel workbook: Sheet 1 listing private foundations that did not meet the 5% payout rate (IRS Form 990-PF) and Sheet 2 listing private foundations that funded health projects. Candidate must be expert in Excel data cleaning and financial desk research of NGOs/foundations.

This work will identify funders and funding gaps to inform targeted outreach and partnership development, helping increase resources directed to medical care for underserved communities. Volunteers will directly support our mission to improve equitable access to quality healthcare by revealing funding behavior and opportunities.

We will provide project context and discuss data sources and timelines during interviews. The volunteer will collaborate with our team through regular check-ins; deliverable will be reviewed and integrated into our outreach work.
