Design and produce a polished annual impact report for stakeholders and donors that combines a concise narrative, recommended metrics, and visual charts. Advise on which data to collect and provide templates and layout guidance. Specifics will be defined with the volunteer; we will supply source materials.

This report will help SSAAHC educate, preserve, and revitalize African American heritage by documenting outcomes that support land loss prevention, historic preservation, and economic development. Clear, compelling reporting will strengthen donor trust and help attract future funding and investments.

Our team will provide existing program materials and available data and will be available to review drafts and give context. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will use the final report in our donor and stakeholder communications to support fundraising efforts.
