The VERB Kind is seeking a volunteer grant writer to draft a competitive proposal for the Fatherhood Initiative, a large state-funded grant opportunity in Florida. This is a focused, single-proposal project with a defined endpoint.

You'll partner directly with one of our lead grant writers, who will provide program details, organizational background, and feedback on drafts. Our team handles submission logistics.

Deliverable: A complete, submission-ready draft of the Fatherhood Initiative grant proposal narrative, aligned to the funder's requirements and review criteria.

We have a CEO who is engaged and energetic, she'll help provide guidance and support for a grant writer.

We'll provide:

The full application guidelines and deadline
Program descriptions, outcomes data, and budget figures
A lead grant writer as your primary collaborator
Timely feedback on drafts
