Develop a donor database and a donor outreach plan for the 12-Week Youth Journey Program. The volunteer will design a database structure or spreadsheet, define key donor fields and segments (foundations, corporations, other partners), and draft outreach messaging and a stepwise engagement plan.

A structured donor database and outreach plan will help us secure foundation, corporate, and partner support for the 12-Week Youth Journey Program, providing resources for mentor connections, hands-on learning, and supports that help vulnerable youth navigate obstacles and build confidence.

We will collaborate with the volunteer through scheduled check-ins to share program context, review drafts, and refine the database and outreach approach so our team can implement the tools and begin donor engagement.
