Givebutter Fundraising Platform Setup & Optimization

We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us optimize and fully implement Givebutter as our primary fundraising and donor engagement platform.

Specific areas of assistance include:

* Reviewing and optimizing our Givebutter account setup.
* Creating and organizing donation campaigns and fundraising pages.
* Setting up donor management and communication workflows.
* Configuring volunteer registration and event management tools.
* Developing donation forms, recurring giving options, and automated thank-you messages.
* Providing best practices for donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and reporting.
* Training our team on how to effectively manage and maintain the platform.

Our goal is to build a sustainable fundraising system that supports donor growth, volunteer engagement, community partnerships, and long-term funding for our programs serving individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Arizona.

This project will help Brighter View Foundation build a stronger fundraising program to support individuals with disabilities, special needs, and employment barriers throughout Arizona.

By helping us optimize Givebutter, volunteers will help us attract more donors, engage more volunteers, and increase funding for programs that provide employment support, life skills training, food assistance, and community resources. Your expertise will help create a sustainable system that allows us to expand our impact and serve more individuals and families in need.

Our leadership team fully supports this project and is committed to implementing recommendations.
We have an active Givebutter account and have begun setting up fundraising campaigns.
Our team is available for meetings, training, and timely feedback.
We will provide all necessary information and resources to support the volunteer.
