We are looking for a volunteer to do an audit and reorganization of our Constant Contact account. This includes:
-Cleaning and segmenting contact lists
-Identifying inactive addresses
-Recommending templates and a sending cadence
-Documenting simple workflows and standards to improve attendance and engagement

Improving our email list quality and processes will help The New Neighbor Project better reach immigrant neighbors for ESL, Citizenship and HISET classes and scholarship opportunities, increasing engagement and making outreach more effective so more community members access services.

We will provide information about current campaigns, available account access, and staff capacity. Volunteers can expect collaborative sessions to review data, test changes, and produce clear handover documentation so our team can implement recommendations.
