Graphic Design for Annual Impact Report and Template

We have already completed the written content for our Impact Report and are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us create a polished graphic design template to present the information clearly and professionally. We would like support with the overall layout, visual hierarchy, formatting, and design recommendations so the final report is engaging, easy to read, and aligned with our organization’s brand. Ideally, the volunteer would help us develop a reusable template and provide feedback on how to best organize the content, photos, data, and impact highlights.

This project will support our organization’s mission by helping us clearly communicate the impact of our work to the people who make it possible, including donors, funders, partners, volunteers, and community members. Our Impact Report will highlight the programs, stories, outcomes, and progress that demonstrate how our organization is serving the community and advancing our goals.

We are prepared to make this project successful by providing the volunteer with all of the core materials needed to begin right away. Our Impact Report written content has already been drafted, and our team has gathered the information, program highlights, data, and stories that need to be included. We can also provide our logo, brand colors, photos, examples of past materials, and any formatting requirements.

Our team is aligned on the goal of creating a polished, professional Impact Report that can be shared with supporters, funders, partners, and community members. We will be available to meet regularly, provide timely feedback, and make decisions quickly so the volunteer’s time is used efficiently.

Once the template and design recommendations are complete, our team will use them to finalize the Impact Report and adapt the template for future reporting and communications materials.
