We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us with a concise best-practices guide and recommended QuickBooks Online setup covering chart of accounts structure, journal entry workflows, and class/department tracking, plus implementation notes and questions for your team.

Clear bookkeeping practices will improve financial accuracy and reporting so the organization can sustain accessible, affordable, trauma-informed psychotherapy for New Yorkers. This will free staff time, strengthen budgeting for services and training, and support growth of clinical programs.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, assign a primary contact, make staff available for short interviews, and provide current accounting context and files as available. Volunteers will help shape final recommendations; specifics will be provided during onboarding.
