We'd like to work with a skilled volunteer who can help us review our current volunteer lifecycle and a practical volunteer engagement and retention plan. The volunteer will identify gaps, recommend process changes (onboarding, role agreements, check-ins, follow-up/re-engagement) and deliver simple templates and an implementation checklist.

Stronger volunteer follow-through will make programs more reliable and reduce staff churn, allowing the organization to deliver steadier advocacy, resources, financial and support to military women dealing with challenges when transitioning out of the service. Volunteers’ work will directly improve client continuity and program effectiveness.

You will share your existing interview materials and expectation statements with the volunteer and participate in regular check-ins to co-design improvements. The volunteer will work with staff to pilot recommendations and hand off templates and an implementation checklist.
