We are seeking a strategic, action-oriented volunteer to develop a national marketing and PR plan that puts our brand-new website store and established Etsy shop on the map. Greater national visibility for our stores is about much more than just selling merchandise—it directly fuels our mission. 100% of profits from our merch sales fund grants for schools in low-income neighborhoods to perform Bully No More!, an empowering musical and educational resource designed to teach children about empathy, kindness, and standing up to bullying.
Greater national visibility for the stores will help raise awareness of the Bully No More musical and supporting resources, expand reach into schools and communities, and generate support for arts-based bullying-prevention education. Volunteer efforts will directly help us engage more children, educators, and families.
We will collaborate with the volunteer to define scope, meet regularly, and provide feedback so recommendations can be implemented. As our Marketing and PR Volunteer, you will help us identify free and low-cost advertising opportunities, uncover grass-roots PR angles, and suggest compelling outreach messaging and materials. Ultimately, your core deliverable will be a prioritized implementation roadmap.
