Capture photos and video at the donor event on June 26 in North Seattle, including casual on-camera donor interviews and event B-roll. Provide edited assets such as short interview clips and a brief highlight video. Specific shot list, lengths, and formats will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Professional photos and edited donor interviews will help WithinReach share community-centered stories, strengthen donor relationships, and support advocacy to connect families to equitable system supports and resources. Volunteer work will directly amplify our outreach and partner engagement.

The event date and location are set (June 26, North Seattle); details will be provided about timing, interview subjects, and edit priorities during volunteer interviews. We will coordinate with volunteers on scheduling and final file delivery preferences.
