Operation Solace Foundation is seeking a skilled website and user experience professional to conduct a comprehensive audit of our current website and provide recommendations that improve engagement, credibility, fundraising effectiveness, and overall user experience. Our current website platform is through ReplitAI.

We are looking for an objective assessment of our website’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Specific areas of focus include donor conversion, sponsorship opportunities, volunteer engagement, storytelling, navigation, calls-to-action, mobile experience, and overall alignment with our mission.

The final deliverable should include prioritized recommendations, identified gaps, and practical next steps that will help us better serve veterans, increase community engagement, attract sponsors and donors, and improve the effectiveness of our website as a tool for growth and impact.
Operation Solace Foundation exists to help veterans find healing, connection, and hope through community support, integration resources, education, and alternative wellness opportunities.

Our website is often the first interaction that veterans, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners have with our organization. A stronger website will help us communicate our mission more effectively, connect more veterans with available resources, increase community engagement, and strengthen our fundraising and sponsorship efforts.

By helping us identify opportunities for improvement, the volunteer will contribute directly to our ability to grow our impact, build trust with supporters, expand our reach, and create a stronger foundation for long-term sustainability and service to the veteran community.
Operation Solace Foundation is committed to implementing the recommendations that emerge from this audit. We will provide full access to our website, current content, organizational materials, fundraising efforts, sponsorship initiatives, program information, and other relevant resources needed to complete a thorough review.

Our founder and key team members will be available for meetings, feedback, and clarification throughout the engagement. We welcome candid feedback and are prepared to make strategic improvements based on the volunteer’s findings and recommendations.

The results of this audit will directly inform future website improvements, fundraising initiatives, sponsorship development efforts, and outreach strategies. Our goal is to ensure that our website effectively communicates our mission and serves as a valuable tool for veterans, supporters, donors, and community partners.
