Stakeholder Engagement Strategy

Operation Solace Foundation is seeking a strategic planning professional to help us develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that strengthens relationships with the individuals, organizations, and communities that support our mission.

We are looking to identify and prioritize key stakeholder groups, better understand their needs and interests, and develop engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships and participation. Stakeholders include veterans, veteran families, donors, sponsors, volunteers, community partners, veteran service organizations, and supporters of our programs and events.

The final deliverable should include stakeholder mapping, engagement recommendations, communication strategies, and practical actions that help us build lasting relationships, increase community involvement, improve sponsor retention, and strengthen overall organizational sustainability.

Operation Solace Foundation exists to help veterans find healing, connection, and hope through community support, integration resources, education, and alternative wellness opportunities.

This project will help us build stronger and more meaningful relationships with the people and organizations that make our work possible. By improving how we engage veterans, families, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, we will be better positioned to expand our reach, increase sustainability, and serve more members of the veteran community.

The volunteer’s work will help create a framework for long-term engagement rather than one-time interactions, strengthening the support network surrounding Operation Solace and helping ensure the organization’s growth and impact for years to come.

Operation Solace Foundation is committed to implementing the recommendations developed through this project. We will provide access to organizational information, stakeholder lists, community partnerships, donor and volunteer engagement efforts, event history, and other relevant materials needed to support the analysis.

Our founder and key team members will be available for regular meetings, feedback, and decision-making throughout the engagement. We have already established relationships with veterans, community organizations, volunteers, and supporters, providing a strong foundation for this work.

The completed stakeholder engagement strategy will be actively incorporated into our outreach, fundraising, sponsorship, volunteer management, and community partnership efforts. We are committed to using the final recommendations to strengthen relationships and increase the long-term impact of our mission.
