Revenue Modeling and Diversification

Operation Solace Foundation exists to provide veterans access to healing, community, integration support, and alternative wellness opportunities. Like many young nonprofits, our greatest challenge is building sustainable funding that allows us to serve veterans consistently year after year.

The volunteer’s work on this project will help us identify and prioritize 2-3 long-term revenue opportunities, which could include recurring donor programs, corporate sponsorships, workplace giving campaigns, grants, community fundraising, and mission-aligned earned income opportunities. By creating a diversified funding strategy, Operation Solace will be better positioned to expand support services, increase outreach, honor veterans through remembrance initiatives such as Muertos Fest, and ultimately provide more veterans with access to healing resources.

The impact of this project extends beyond fundraising. A sustainable revenue model will help ensure that Operation Solace can continue serving veterans and their families for years to come while reducing dependence on one-time fundraising events.

Operation Solace Foundation is fully committed to implementing the recommendations developed through this project. We will provide the volunteer with access to our current funding information, fundraising efforts, organizational goals, website, marketing materials, and relevant program information.

Our founder and leadership team will be available for regular meetings, feedback, and decision-making throughout the engagement. We have already established our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, maintain an active website and community presence, and have ongoing initiatives that support veterans and their families.

We are prepared to evaluate and act on the recommendations generated through this project and will dedicate the necessary time and resources to implementation. Our goal is to build sustainable funding systems that strengthen the organization’s long-term impact and ability to serve veterans.
