A reviewed and optimized Google for Nonprofits and Ad Grants setup, including an account audit or access support, compliance checks, creation or improvement of search campaigns, keyword strategy, conversion tracking and analytics configuration, ad performance recommendations, and basic staff training materials. Details will be provided.

Improving Google Ad Grants will raise awareness of HCRJC programs, attract volunteers and community referrals, and strengthen fundraising. This helps more people access restorative justice, reentry support, and community-based services, supporting accountability, healing, and reconnection.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to define account access, goals, timelines, and priorities. The organization will work with the volunteer through regular check-ins and intends to implement agreed recommendations and documentation for ongoing management.
