Review and correct QuickBooks Online chart of accounts and transaction coding so receivables and expenses are allocated to the proper accounts, create an operating reserve account, and provide practical nonprofit accounting guidance based on our seven-year accounting history.

Improved accounting setup and clear allocation of transactions will strengthen Valor Ranch’s financial stability, enable better tracking of funds for the SHEROES program, Healing Garden, and General Assistance, and support sustainable operations so we can continue empowering veterans.

Details about QuickBooks access, exported records, and our seven-year accounting history will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will collaborate with the volunteer to clarify priorities and implement recommended changes to our books and procedures after the engagement.
