Grant research should target funders in education, workforce development, and STEAM equity, with a focus on funders open to community-led, culturally rooted programming. Securing grants will help fund curricula, mentorships with industry partners, and increased representation in STEAM.
Securing grants will help fund culturally grounded curricula and STEAM career-pathway partnerships that empower underrepresented communities. Volunteers’ research will directly support program growth, mentorships with industry partners, and increased representation in STEAM.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews so volunteers can tailor searches. Staff will be available for regular check-ins to clarify priorities, share program descriptions or existing materials, and to act on recommended next steps.

The mission of Decolonise All is to create curriculum for underrepresented communities to learn about the foundation of their cultures, leading into the current status of their culture and how they can develop and use their tools in their current society to empower their communities. The way this will be done is to also create career pathways in STEAM (Science Technology Education Art Math) with Industry to increase representation in STEAM and Industry by partnering college institutions with Industry partners for mentorship programs.
