A practical logistics plan to execute a back-to-school workshop series for student athletes. The volunteer will help create a timeline and run-of-show, venue and equipment checklists, volunteer role templates, and a vendor/contact coordination template. Specific details will be defined with volunteers.

This event will connect student athletes with mental, physical, educational, and career resources, advancing KARES's mission to equip athletes with tools for success. Volunteer planning support will help ensure a smooth event and increase access to life skills and opportunities for participants.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer and provide program goals, proposed workshop topics, target participant info, and decision-maker contacts. Specific dates, budget, and venue details will be provided during interviews so the volunteer can produce an implementable logistics plan.
