Create a Professional PowerPoint Template System for Board and Partners

RoundtableRx is seeking a skilled volunteer to help us develop a professional, reusable Microsoft PowerPoint template system that can be used across Board of Directors meetings, organizational overview presentations, partner outreach, fundraising conversations, and external communications.

Currently, our organization has presentation materials created in Canva and PowerPoint, but we do not yet have a fully integrated PowerPoint template with reusable slide masters, layouts, themes, and branded presentation infrastructure. As a result, new slides often need to be created manually from scratch, creating inefficiencies and inconsistency across presentations.

We are looking for support creating:

A professional PowerPoint template file (.potx)
Slide master layouts and reusable slide types
Consistent typography, spacing, branding, and formatting
Reusable chart/table/dashboard styling
Branded section divider slides and title slides
Templates optimized for both Board governance presentations and external-facing presentations

Examples of slide types we regularly use include:

Board meeting agendas
Executive summaries
Operational metrics dashboards
Financial update slides
Partnership and impact slides
Strategic initiative updates
Organizational overview presentations

The goal of this project is not simply to create one presentation deck, but rather to create a sustainable and reusable presentation system that allows our organization to rapidly build polished, consistent, and professional presentations moving forward.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission of improving medication access for patients across Minnesota through the statewide Medication Repository Program.

RoundtableRx works with pharmacies, clinics, health systems, legislators, and community partners to redistribute donated medications that would otherwise go to waste to patients who cannot afford them. As our organization continues to grow, clear and professional communication has become increasingly important for Board governance, fundraising, partner engagement, and public education.

A reusable presentation template system will help us communicate our impact more consistently and effectively across a wide variety of audiences. This includes helping us present operational and financial information to our Board of Directors, educate potential partners about the program, support fundraising and grant conversations, and share the program’s statewide impact with healthcare and community stakeholders.

The volunteer’s work will directly contribute to strengthening the infrastructure and communication tools that support our long-term sustainability and growth. Ultimately, this helps us expand awareness of the program, build stronger partnerships, and support more patients in accessing needed medications across Minnesota.

My team and I have prepared for this project by gathering existing presentation materials, including prior Board of Directors presentations and organizational overview presentations. We also have established organizational branding guidelines, including logos, brand colors, and fonts.

We have a clear understanding of the types of presentations we regularly create and the recurring slide structures we use. I will serve as the direct project lead and point of contact for the volunteer and will be available to provide timely feedback, examples, and organizational context throughout the engagement.

We are prepared to implement this work immediately upon completion, as presentations are a recurring operational need across our organization.
