We are looking for a pro bono consultant to perform a comprehensive audit and initial optimization of our GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account to streamline how we engage with our community.

Reliable communication is the backbone of our work with donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Currently, we need expert help to stabilize our technical setup and build out our first automated workflows. Your work will ensure we don't miss important connections and that our team can manage growth without being slowed down by manual data entry.

In this project, you will:
- Audit our current GoHighLevel sub-account configuration.
- Troubleshoot and stabilize SMS/phone number routing and Gmail integrations.
- Build and test an automated workflow for a 'stage-one' funnel (targeting [donors, sponsors, or volunteers]).
- Establish a signed-document workflow for contracts within the CRM.
- Provide a handoff document and a brief training session for our team.
A well-configured CRM will help us reliably engage donors, sponsors, and volunteers, reduce barriers to participation, streamline onboarding and consent with signed contracts, and enable better communication. Volunteer expertise will directly strengthen inclusive community participation and program delivery.
We have an active GoHighLevel sub-account, purchased phone numbers, and initiated SMS approval. We will provide account access, thousands of contacts already in the system, and stakeholder availability for regular check-ins. Volunteers will collaborate with our team and deliver configuration, documentation, and brief training so we can implement changes. Details will be provided.

Organization Mission

Mission: Create Possibilities. Provide Perspective. Discover One's Purpose. Empower all to contribute their talents to the best of their abilities. Inclusive communities build strong, resilient communities. inclusiveinc.org communicates our mission and vision to donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Assistive.Tech has been providing Possibilities packaged as Assistive Technology tools for 22 years to quadriplegic disabled individuals that empower through independence guided by disabled experts who intimately understand. We ease acquisition by bridging the murky waters of bureaucracy, insurance, and funding. We all need tools to make the seemingly impossible seem tangible. BroadenedHorizons.org inspires, motivates, and educates through life-changing marine, aviation, and travel experiences. We stimulate a fundamental shift in perspective from programmed, vulnerable dependency to confident, capable self-determination. We all need to feel we have a future with possibilities. InclusiveAdventures.org provides a database of volunteer-curated wheelchair-friendly destinations, programs, organizations, services, and events around the world that can be navigated visually using Google Maps and Google Earth. InclusiveLiving.org keeps people at home, engaged in their community through home modifications, accessible personal transportation, small business self-employment, and telework from home. Because we all need to feel a part of and engaged in our communities. Future goal is to build and demonstrate an easily duplicated model of shared, single-family homes designed for 6 to 12 individuals in residentially zoned neighborhoods as an alternative to corporate, commercially zoned, overly bureaucratized nursing homes and assisted living. Inclusivo.org.mx will be a new chapter of Inclusive in Mexico. Collaboratively, our United States and Mexico chapters aspire to launch support programs for disabled Cubans immediately following an anticipated political transition and stabilization of Cuba. Flood.Tech has designed a robust, simplified, and easier to install flood barrier system that can be cost-effectively produced locally to provide resiliency against increasingly devastating Hurricanes to communities bordering the Gulf of America and Caribbean. 48v.Tech aspires to provide energy independence packaged as highly efficient solutions, safe for DIY Installation. 4Independence (4I.Pro) will provide much-needed logistics to all other divisions, including other nonprofit and government organizations, from acquisition to manufacturing to fulfillment.
