We are looking for a volunteer to partner with us on a clear strategic plan that maps a phased transition from volunteer-run to paid staff. Some of the items that would be included are:
-Proposed roles and sequencing
-Prioritized concrete steps
-High-level cost estimates
-Funding approaches
-A concise one-page summary for funders.

This plan will help the organization secure funding and build sustainable paid staffing to strengthen delivery of mental health and wellness services, improve continuity of care, and expand reach. Volunteers will create a funder-ready case that directly supports service sustainability.

We will share organizational context and existing documents and make leadership available to collaborate. Volunteers will work with staff to refine steps, cost estimates, and presentation materials. Details about timelines and materials will be provided during interviews. Let us know whatever you need, we'll get it. We don't know where to start to make that transition
