We are looking for support to create a cleaned QuickBooks report or export file formatted for import into our CRM, including agreed-upon column headers and a simple field mapping document. Specific CRM import requirements and exact fields will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Accurate, import-ready financial and contact data will streamline ADF's operations so staff can better allocate resources and maintain relationships that support the Lamb of God Maternity Homes. Volunteer help will directly improve our ability to serve pregnant mothers and connect them with adoptive families. We are currently missing 6 months worth of donations that we need to pull important reports and make personalized comms.

We will provide QuickBooks access, CRM import specs, and be available to collaborate with the volunteer to confirm field mappings. The volunteer will produce the export file and brief instructions for importing.
