Marketing Strategy for Upcoming Mental Health Book
This isn’t just a project.
It’s a story built from real experience. One that explores intrusive thoughts, loss of control, isolation, Suicidal tendencies, identity struggles, and the long process of understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.
We’re not looking for someone to “market a book.” We’re looking for someone who wants to help carry a message.
What This Project Is About
This book speaks to people who:
• Feel like something is wrong but can’t explain it
• Struggle silently with internal battles
• Have been misunderstood, dismissed, or labeled
• Are trying to rebuild themselves without a clear roadmap
• Have Avoidant Personality
• Think they might have it
• Or in a relationship with someone that struggles with mental health
• Struggle with other mental health issues
The goal is simple:
Get this story into the hands of people who need it most.
Who We’re Looking For
This project is for someone who:
• Understands mental health on a real level (professional or personal experience)
• Has experience in marketing, brand building, or audience growth
• Can think beyond traditional promotion and build meaningful reach
• Wants to treat this as a mission, not just a contract
• Is creative, proactive, and willing to explore unconventional strategies
If you’ve worked in:
• mental health spaces
• personal development
• book launches
• or purpose-driven brands
That’s a strong plus.
What You’ll Help With
• Building and executing a full marketing strategy
• Audience targeting and messaging
• Social, content, and outreach campaigns
• Exploring partnerships, speaking opportunities, and bookings
• Finding ways to connect this story with real people at scale
This role is flexible and collaborative—we’re open to ideas and direction.
