Hands-on coaching sessions plus a short written guide to show the project director how to navigate the YouTube channel, upload and publish videos, and delete or manage existing videos. Specific session timing and access needs can be defined during volunteer interviews.
Equipping the project director to manage the YouTube channel will help Bully No More! share the musical and supporting resources more widely, spark conversations about bullying prevention, and engage educators, families, and children. Volunteer support will boost our capacity to publish timely, empathy-building content.
Our project director will participate in scheduled coaching, and we will coordinate channel access and any existing assets with the volunteer. We will test and implement the agreed workflows after training to ensure lasting value.
