Organize Google Drive and centralize formation documents

By centralizing core formation documents, volunteers will reduce administrative friction and improve access to essential records. This helps Black Lemonade operate more efficiently so staff can focus on educating and equipping underserved youth, strengthening program stability and community impact.

Drive access and a list of known formation documents will be provided. A staff contact will be available to answer questions and confirm document locations. Volunteers and staff will discuss scope during onboarding so the work is practical and easily implemented.
