Execute Grant Outreach Campaign via YAMM Mail Merge

We are looking for an email marketing volunteer to help us launch a critical grant request and awareness campaign for our 'Bully No More!' musical program. We have our campaign copy and contact lists ready within Google Sheets, but we need an expert to help us execute the outreach using Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM).

As part of this project, the volunteer will:
- Review our current Google Sheets and YAMM setup to ensure proper formatting and data integrity.
- Set up the email template, ensuring it is optimized for high deliverability and professional appearance.
- Conduct test sends to verify formatting across different devices.
- Execute the mail merge for the full campaign.
- Provide a brief overview of best practices for tracking opens/responses so our team can follow up effectively.

This outreach will raise awareness of the Bully No More! musical and help secure corporate grants to fund student productions in Title I schools. Volunteers will directly support bringing arts-based bullying prevention into classrooms, helping educators facilitate empathy-building conversations and safer school environments.

We will connect volunteers with our project director and share campaign copy, contact lists, and access to our YAMM/Google Sheets setup so volunteers can run tests and execute sends collaboratively.
