We are looking for a volunteer to create a clear, phased project plan for a new program plus a coordinated meeting schedule to launch work. The volunteer will help define milestones, roles, timelines, meeting cadence, and recommended next steps. Ideally we are looking for a volunteer that is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and above or PMP certified.
Turning this program idea into an actionable plan will help Bros Foundation expand coordinated wraparound services for justice-impacted individuals. Volunteer support will accelerate planning, improve coordination, and increase the organization’s ability to deliver timely, impactful services.
We will share the program concept and participate in regular check-ins with the volunteer to refine the plan. We welcome a collaborative approach and will work with the volunteer to ensure the plan is practical and ready to act on.
