Assess hosting and integration options for a separate Book Fair website and produce a clear implementation plan. The volunteer will compare using the current Shopify account versus other hosts (for example Odoo or Squarespace), outline recommended architecture and integration approaches to keep Square inventory in sync, and provide step-by-step next actions.
A reliable Book Fair site and inventory sync will make multicultural and African-American books easier for schools and households to find and purchase. Improved reporting and up-to-date stock will strengthen school partnerships and expand access across Greater St. Louis and beyond. Volunteers will enable smoother distribution of culturally relevant books.
We recently restructured services and can provide access to current Shopify, Square, and Squarespace accounts plus inventory information. Staff will collaborate with volunteers to clarify needs, share documentation, and test proposed solutions so the team can implement the agreed plan.
